On May 23, 1994 I received a note from the Morris's, whose home in Kitty Hawk I had listed and sold:

     Every now and then - almost a rarity today, Mrs. Morris and I run across a person who is so diligent in customer satisfaction.  You, Carol, are such a person.  You always returned our calls, always kept us informed, was always helpful and courteous.  We found you highly responsible and a professional in every way.  Thank you so very much for this kind of care and concern.  The best to you and your family.

This letter I received from Mollie Fearing of Mollie Fearing and Associates, a local insurance agency, on February 10, 1984:

........As a by the way, I do want you to know it is a pleasure to work with you on this account.  Furthermore, having seen realtors come and go in the 27 years I've been in this business, I would predict that you are one that is going to be around and surviving when some others may be finding the sledding a bit tough, possibly, in the years to come.
